I remember using this site last year with no problem but now every result it turns up is an abstract of something they want me to buy.
Does anyone have some tricks for this site to help me out?
I'm trying to find stuff on environmental policies of business - I'm not expecting you do do my work for me but rather if you were going to explain things, having a grounding on what I'm looking for.
They usually identify you by your IP range. If you're on a university network and they subscribe to that particular journal then you can download the full text. If you're a student, most universities have some kind of VPN available that you can use to get on their network.
If you can't get access then someone here might be able to hook you up if name the article(s), hypothetically of course.

I'm having this problem too  I've been trying to find articles on motivational psychology, and I'm not paying for it.
sometimes you can find the article mirrored on somewhere, if you click on the all X versions there may be a free one.
if you go to a half decent university of college you should have access to the usual assortment of journals online. i just have to log onto the library webpage to get it going, i can't imagine them making it too different. i normally use the google scholar engine to find the journals, then locate them through the uni. most databases have shoddy search engines that make life harder than it needs to be.

Yeah I can get in through the unis ezproxy system or whatever it's called but the ones that sound like they'd be really good still come up as needing to purchase it seems.
Ah well.
