i don t know if any of you are familiar with the crystal meditation where you visualize the crystal getting bigger until its the size of a house and you go inside and is a teacher inside?
I use to use this meditation then stopped for a few years and recently i tried it again and the place was over grown and kinda run down with no one inside. any thoughts on why?

This is the first I've ever heard of this type of meditation, care to explain it a little more? I'm intrigued :)

i don t remember what book it was from but basically go into standard med. sit or lay down be comfortable with the crystal in left hand clear your mind picturing the crystal and picture it getting larger and larger till its house size imagine a door go into it then there is supposed to be someone or something in the first room some sort of teacher you can talk with then there is another room that you can walk into and its used for cleansing your chakras. you see yourself standing naked and your chakras are like caves and you get small enough to fit in them and you walk around in them picturing black tarry substances getting washed away as you go through them.
