what do different religions say about extra terrestrial life
like for example in Buddhism do karmic laws apply to them as well?

Mostly Scientology and Mormonism.
Christianity and Islam discuss alien life quite a lot actually. There are also quite a few religious/alien documentaries concerning life outside our planet, but then again..it is only how it is being interpreted.
There are a few people who interpret the bible to say that, at one point aliens came down and mated with us..etc.
I think in Islam it says, there are other beings on other planets out there...etc
All the docs are on youtube, just find one with keywords, then do what i call "profile jumping". Check out the uploaders vid, then his subscriptions.

You're thinking of Mormonism there.

rephrasing my question for example in christianity do the laws that apply to us humans on earth, do the same laws apply to aliens?

Do you ask if they follow the same spiritual laws of Christianity that have been diluted and corrupted by society and time? Of course not. The metaphysical truths that all religions branch from is what they live by. And yes, these laws apply to everyone.

Well, i think it depends on weather the beings are intelligent or not. But i would think that if intelligent beings were on other planets, then yes they would probably follow some sort rules, limitations and boundaries to guide them to the right path. It would also explain why they haven't exterminated us yet.
But i wouldn't think it was Christianity tho.

Fucking mexicans need to stay outtuh my religion.
far as know there is no mention of it in the bible so there could be and it wouldn't conflict.
another question.
when the bible says that god created heaven and earth.by heaven does it mean the universe with the other planets and constellations and stars an whatnot?
or is heaven, heaven as we normally know it?
or is it both?

Oh, and hinduism. The Mahabharata.
Yes, he is. And some of his ideas are very far fetched.

And exactly how do you know this? Have you ever met an alien? Not trying to talk shit, but you shouldn't assume things about cultures that you know nothing about, whether they be extra-terrestrial or otherwise. I agree that they probably don't, but who's to say for sure?

Of course it would. According to Buddha's teachings, everything comes from the same point and follows the same natural (Karmic) law.

I have not yet met an alien, however I do plan to, one day, when I become more proficient at tuning the frequency of my consciousness to a higher vibrational pattern, matching a lower octave of his lowered vibrational consciousness pattern.
But you see, I view "aliens" as higher dimensional beings, or beings of light, and when they make contact with a third density entity who has adjusted his consciousness to the proper frequency through meditation/contemplation/mysticism (Non-symbolic/private, Objective/science) The opposite of thinking/philosophy (subjective/art, public/symbolic. It is the section in between feeling/imagination (Non-symbolic/private, subjective/art) and observation/physics (symbolic/public, objective/science).
So, contemplation is similar to feeling and observation, and the opposite of thinking.
Contemplation is the complete absorption of consciousness onto a focus of attention.
Thinking, being subjective, like feeling, and public, like observing, is nothing like the objective and private state of contemplation. Making it rather difficult to describe what occurs in this state of being.
Contemplation can only be understood through practice, like calculus, but unlike calculus it cannot be set down in symbols or learned through books.
Guidance under a master of spiritual science is the best way.
It is important that while in this state you are observing reality and not some personal mental excretion. So you remove your consciousness from all but the object of attention. Private/internal study of objective consciousness is the field of study so thought or image pertaining to the external material world or ones subjective reality must be extinguished.
Contemplation is the proper state in which to bond with the higher frequencies of consciousness, but it is very hard to put the experience into symbols and it is very difficult for someone outside of the experiencer to understand.
That is why organized mainstream religion is like grass for the sheep, because you cannot dogmatize these experiences, you cannot tell someone what God is. Understanding will only come through contemplation of consciousness, not siting in some church or temple, listening to some guy with the title of priest reading pages out of an ancient text that has been rewritten and reinterpreted over the years and was never, even to begin with, anything near what the mystic truly experienced.
So, do you see why the state of religion is so horrid? Not because the "aliens", or higher frequencies which have been studied, really are that way. But because the people who have actually bonded with them cannot coherently express it. And these minds who have not traveled to the antipodes of thought (the circle) and met God (the paper which the circle is drawn on), could not begin to fathom the nature of the paper.

Sorry, I am way too stoned right now to keep up. If it were in person, I could, but I can't keep my attention span going long enough right now. I will get back to this in the morning, though.

This all sounded like gibberish! But, very intersting gibberish. Care to point me in the direction of some info on such gibberish so I can understand it a bit more?

The Perennial Philosophy by Aldous Huxley
After awhile, the "gibberish" these mystics speak, will begin to actually make sense. Not just through reading it, but through contemplation.

Here is some free stuff that you might find interesting:
The Doors of Perception (http://www.totse.com/en/drugs/psychedelics/161598.html)
http://www.gnosticteachings.org/courses/
You may have some prejudice towards this at first, but you can really learn a lot from it.
The Master Key System (http://www.psitek.net/pages/PsiTekTMKSContents.html)
This is a very helpful book.
You can also find a lot more free books on their website.
You're probably not ready for this one yet:
The Book of Secrets by Osho.
I got it a few days ago, and there is so much potential within, I've barely scratched the surface.
Contains 112 tantras (techniques) to help you cross the veil. 1152 pages and you can get it for $23.10 on amazon.com.
The knowledge within (the book and yourself) is priceless.
I wish you well on your journey.
