No, sorry. I don't know anything about psychology nor have I ever taken a class in it. Neither of my friends have either. I know a psychologist though.

psychology*
unless you mean physiology...as in like anatomy and physiology?
...
i'll assume psychology.
what kind of career are you trying to get with this direction? do you understand that if you want to work as a psychologist, you will need a PhD and if you want to be a say, drug counselor of some sort, you'll need at least a master's degree.
recommended reading? i use www.princetonreview.com to find information on different majors and careers. you might have to sign up to view some information you want, but it's free anyway.

Want something that actually works, something scientific and a tool for helping people in need? Choose something else.
Want something that can make you a lot of money extremely easy but without actually doing anything for anyone? Choose psychology.

Getting just a 4 year degree in psychology will not earn you shit. The current job market for fresh-out-of-college psychology majors is very small. If you want to make a lot of money, you will have to med school for another 4 years and become a Psychiatrist.
That being said, I am currently majoring in psychology, mainly because I am too lazy/stupid to pass with any other major. Psychology is one of the easiest majors there is and gives me plenty of time to get drunk/smoke weed and pass with a 3.0.
I'm a psych major!! Frankly, its because the only interesting thing about people anymore is their brains! Everything we've got too figured out. The brain is pretty hard core mysterious though.
And psyc is still good if you want to go toward the FBI and shit like that.

Ahh, physcology. Or fizzcology as we in the "biz" prefer to call it. The study of carbonation is actually a very under appreciated academic discipline. I highly recommend it!
Last week, in the lab, we were running tests on cans of sprite. The results were quite fascinating!

If you want to make any money:
1. MBA
2. Med school
Psychology gives you alot of options.
