I was born there and lived there till I was 4 then moved to the us. And I think I am going to move back there I spent about a month there a few years ago. So I will take another trip there in a few months to make sure I still like it.

some of the questions I have are what is the average price of living (property taxes utility's) . And last but not least I did not keep my citizenship there
so how would I go about getting it back.

Where are you coming from?

The house prices are horrendous in cardiff I believe, the avg just keeps going up, you could try one of the neighbouring villages which arent to far from Cardiff City centre. Such as Ely, or seaside town such as Barry and Penarth.

have a look at this and the neighbouring places

As for citizenship i couldnt help you, we seem to be getting a load of immigrants anyway, so i dont think you'll have any trouble.

Maybe this will help:
