If I wanted to get free satellite TV, how would this be done, I just moved into an apartment with a dish (bell express vu), what receiver do i get etc?

Although parts of this subject do fit within NiS's forum description, the question itself does not. Most of the recent discussion of this on Totse has been in RFA, which seems as good a place as any to ask for help with this, methinks.
