I feel that I needed to tell some people it was Easter last Sunday the 27th of April. Being Eastern Orthodox kicks ass. I went to church at 11:30 Saturday and after church we went to the church hall to eat the food in our Easter baskets. And being the oldest person who is younger than 21 I ran the bar and drank rum and coke until 4am Sunday.

For the Eastern orthodox it was the 27th. Its got something to do with Passover

The latter date is because of the Orthodox church not wanting to switch to the "newer" more accurate Gregorian calender

and there is more to religion than candy and alcohol, there is the hot girl that shows up every once in a while. Also Mr. Excitement, the 25 year old Lowe's employee that lives with his traffic court judge mom.

I'm jealous that your Orthodox Easter was more fun than my Catholic Easter. Can't we be one Church again so I can enjoy Open Bar Easter, too?
