They think radio stations have gotten out of touch with their communities.
New (or rather, re-hashed) rules like there needing to be a person in the building at all times of broadcast, and having to be located in the communities they broadcast in.
Quite frankly it's a bunch of shit, and if it passed i'd be out of the job. My station couldnt afford to hire me for overnight hours, plus 2-3 new employees for other shifts.

It's probably aimed square at clearchannel, which uses voice tracks and remote stations all fucking over the place, with as few employees as possible running multiple stations. However the FCC is just ignoring the small guys, who already do a lot of local programming like they want.
