How long is the con? Probably won't be going there for a few months, at least not until I graduate in 2 weeks. Seriously, probably a month so I can't see you.

However, there is the Pikes Peak tours though it's by Colorado Springs, and that's a 1 hr drive (Even with the 70 MPH SPEED LIMIT IN COLORADO [last time I was there; 7-8 years ago?] )

There's the Colorado Sand Dunes, a good drive away (BIG DRIVE AWAY) in the Mountains; closest major city being Pueblo, CO.

If in Colorado Springs, I'm not sure if there's a Tesla Museum there (Nikola Tesla lived there for a while and did much of his experiments); if you're interested in Tesla and that nerdy stuff.

And there's the fact that there's Focus On the Family and those other Christian Organizations HQed here. Depending on what type of Libertarian you are, you could say 'hi' to them or fuck their shit up, figuratively or literally, or BOTH! As you're posting on TOTSE and want Marijuana, I say you're the person who disagrees with Christian Fundamentalism, so the latter 4 u!! :D!! Argue with the Creationists on their BS Family Values, etc.

There's also the US Air Force Academy, something interesting if you are into that again.
