To Norway. ha!

Just found out for sure today, 10 days in country.

I'm part of the Ceremonial Guard for the summer and as far as I know were doing something for the Kings birthday.

Anyone ever been on a non-combat deployment like this? Hell, anyone been to Norway?

I'm wondering what to expect from this, If we're going to be staying in a hotel or Norwegian Barracks or what.

I haven't been to Norway (yet, would love to go there one day), but one of my instructors in basic was stationed there. He told us that Norway was the best place that he's been stationed, during his close to 20 year active duty Air Force career.
