ITT we explain how the Marines are better than Army

Well the Army does have more boats than the Navy, more air craft than the Air Force, and more people than the other four combatant uniform services, combined. The Army also has nukes, and marines don't. I don't think the Marine Corps is ever going to be better than the Army, any time soon, in regards of overall force strength.

Marines are better trained, and more suited, for the missions that the Marine Corps can be given. The Marine Corps is a rapid response force, whereas the Army is strictly a ground control force, designed to fight in larger theaters of war, and for a long time. No force is better than another; each force is designed to be the best for its particular mission

If you want to discuss which branch is the best to join, you should specify that, along with the things you want to achieve.

All the Army basically is, is Quantity over Quality. The Corps is Quality over Quantity. So talking about force strength, you're right. However, I bet a regular average Marine can fuck up your regular average soldier.

Those are both pretty integral to how effective a branch is at turning out quality men and women, and how they would fair in a head to head match.
