I have some anti-italian and portugese feelings. Everyone always talks about how they are cocky and arrogant. But their not really. At least compared to other teams, like France for example.

Were you raised playing and watching soccer? Because my thoughts on the subject are Americans don't enjoy soccer in the same way as most other cultures because it's not so entwined into the culture. Most Young-American heroes are not soccer players, but basketball and football players. There is some soccer in the US but it's not exactly the same caliber nor watched with the same enthusiasm.
