All these paranormal freaks say that midnight is a powerful hour. How the fuck can an hour be powerful when times just a creation of man. It might be 12:00 here but its about 7:00 in the middle of Russia. People who believe in the occult and that kinda shit usually aren't irrational people (my dads one of them) but when it comes to the paranormal I can see all the holes in their logic and see they're not that rational at all.

Alot of superstitions stem from Christianity or the Bible. For example, people consider the number 13 unlucky because the 13 apostle betrayed Christ. Or biblically speaking 4 has always been a number of man and the earth and thus unclean in a way. Which is why there are 4 horsemen of the apocalypse.

If recall correctly, it is 3:00 am that is the "power hour" as you put it. If this is true it would be because of your position in the system, so in Russia it would not be the "power hour" because they're at a different point in the system. There seems to be a hole in your logic as well.

What if I was on the plane to Russia travelling at such a speed that it stayed 3:00. Then it would be the power hour for about 8 hours straight.

Yeah. . . I suppose it would.
That would be an interesting experiment.

There were 12 apostles, well, there was this bloke called Matthias who supposedly replaced Judas, but that's dubious even by Biblical standards. 13 is considered unlucky because their were 13 people present at the last supper, with Judas supposedly taking the 13th seat.

If only they'd played another round of musical chairs before eating...

Yeah. . . I suppose it would.
That would be an interesting experiment.

What exactly are the properties of this "power hour" dependent on?

Haha yeah a round of musical wouldn't got rid of that two faced piece of shit. Its funny that the word Judas is so close to the word Judaism. I'm not saying jews are traitors but I'd trust a muslim much quicker than Id trust a jew.

Was our calender made after the bible or is it derived from something made earlier? The way we have 4 seasons, 12 months, 4 weeks. The thing is though it matches up with the constellations visible in sky at those times of the year.

I saw that on Zeitgeist I never look at the stars myself so I wouldn't know but its a pretty good theory that all religions are derived from the original astroreligion.

According to the Huna principles, "now is the moment of power."

Any specific time is, to me, arbitrary and superstitious.

Well seeing as how hours are just a way to keep track of time made by man, the twelth hour has absolutely no supernatural power. If we got enough people to say that right now was 12:00, right now would not be anymore supernatural then it was 5 seconds ago. When is the "magic time" under other time keeping systems that don't have 12:00 or any specific marker at our 12:00?

wowwwwwwww

time is also biological...you know that, right?

yr body has certain rhythms in producing chemicals like testosterone, serotonin, melatonin, etc...

from midnight to 1 AM is indeed a very special time....

as is dawn, and sun set.

and high noon.

midnight is when the moon is highest in the sky. so if you believe in astrology or maybe something similar I guess you can say that midnight is a very powerful time. The moon also has the most pull on the water and often times, the highest tides are at midnight during a full moon.

Yeah. . . I suppose it would.
That would be an interesting experiment.I highly doubt it would be interesting in the slightest, unless you were flying first class.

Aging is biological. Time is man made.

there is natural time and man made time

the sun rises, this is called dawn

the sun is at the highest point, this is called noon

the sun sets, this is called dusk

etc etc

Exactly... Furthermore to this point, time is a system created to process a 'natural' system (all things that exist are technically natural because we're still a part of nature no matter what the ecoterrorists want you to think).
