I am moving to san diego in a month, I have allot of questions about the area I want answered to kill some anxiety I have had over the last few sleepless nights.

I am moving out from Texas to my first apartment soon. I am moving into the top floor of a house down the street from mission beach, the house in owned by an old lady who is going to cook for me while I stay...hell ya no cooking!

Anyway here is my long ass list of questions I want to know:

If you have ever been to the south or experienced "southern hospitality". What do you think it is like compared to the hospitality I can count on, or not count on?

A 2 bedroom + office apartment runs 400-600$ a month. What would that size apartment in a decent neighborhood apartment run me?

What are the gun laws regarding restrictions like compared to Texas?

Is the marijuana vending machines a myth or a reality?

How good is the dank? How much a gram?

Is it hard to bring ecstasy into cali(Driving)? I want to bring some with me so I don't have to get it there...shady people suck

On a scale of 1-10, 1 being worst and 10 being the best, what would you give the general population of babes that are there? Where do they all hang out?(I am 18 so no 21+ night clubs)

What is the likely hood I can find a part time job in San Diego within 2 weeks after arrival if I am looking for at least 3 hours a day?

Is there a swim club in the area? I want to continue training on a team when I get there.

- Depends on the square footage. And where in San Diego. I had a 1 bedroom apartment in Chula Vista that was roughly 800 sqft that costed about $1100....California is not cheap.

What are the gun laws regarding restrictions like compared to Texas?

- Its California, they are one of the bluest states in the country. Good luck with your guns.

- I wouldn't suggest it. There are checkpoints on the border and I have seen them stop people and search them.

- You're fucked. And I don't mean that literally. All the girls hang out in the gas lamp at the clubs, and they are EXTREMLEY strict on age limits. There are probably a few 18+ clubs in the area. I really don't know.

- Its one of the biggest cities in SoCal, I'm sure you'll be able to find something.
