Its easy enough, just go very slow, think about everything you do, and don't throw away anything if you think you've fucked it up.

And follow a good tek on your first attempt, try to follow it to the word.

And do an ice cold ammonia wash, it really cleans them up.

And if you leave a load of gunk that passed through the filter in there, when you add NaOH soln, it creates shedloads of what appears to be raped organics, and froths coastic foam to fuck and back. Not good, so filter properly.
