This is a "free" (if you choose to download it on Pirate Bay, you dirty commie!) set of audio beats that can help guide you into out of body experience (OOBE)/remote viewing, etc. After using it for a month I have experienced a sense of relaxation and calmness, my state of mind bordering on dreaming and awakeness.

But then I tried one of their "mission" sets and it created all of the symptoms related to the hypnagogic state - one of the steps before OOBE. I felt very strong sensations all over my nerves (what some would call "vibrations") and my heart/chest was pounding. It felt like there was an anvil on my chest, and this forced me to breathe like I was underwater or something - completely ruining the experience.

Well... anybody else tried this stuff out - or completed it?
