The title says it all I would like a Japanese Translation of "Death Before Dishonor"

Btw the reason for this is its for a tattoo.

What you have is completely grammatically correct. But im wondering if its what you would want to get in a tatoo. Probably a more raw Japanese translation is needed to really make it say it in the way you want it to. Because its completely correct might make it sound a bit funny, to a japanese person. I suggest you register in a japanese language learning forum (google that shit) and ask them, there will be native speakers that will be able to tell you a more raw, kanjified way of representing it. there might even be an old samurai saying that can be represented in a special way. You can have what you have written there, and it will make sense, but id research it a but more if your going to put it on yourself, to give your characters a more cultral or historical origin than that of pure grammatical correctness.
In my opinion asian character tatoos are stupid, because they might have "their own special meaning" which you can tell people when they ask you. but still, it isnt a special meaning to anyone from japan, and they read it like we would read "death before dishonor" in english tattooed on someone. They would then think "what is that hack doing with my language on his arm?" If your so hooked on that meaning for your tattoo, why dont you either write it in english, in a cool, fancy design, or draw your own abstract-like design, of what means "death before dishonor" to you, or if you cant draw, get someone to do it for you, with you telling them what you want. It would be alot cooler getting something unique to only yourself than getting something you think is unique but is really just a cop out on having a tattoo with symbolic meaning behind it.
I know you didn't ask for an opinion, but asian characters on non asian people really do make me angry.

Thanks I see what your saying with the grammatically correct thing.
The reason I want it in Japanese is that I train Mixed Martial Arts and for example Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a form of Japanesse Judo.
I might consider changing the language, but this is a rough idea of what I want for now.
