I talk to a lot of tourists on a regular basis and they always say that they miss their home.

Is this something that you've felt?

I've done a fair bit of bouncing around in my life and never felt this sense of homesickness.

I find that I miss a person or two, but it's a whole different ballgame.

Have you been homesick? Where? What did you do?

I've missed my girlfriend, but I've always been more of the "wish you were here" type. Can't say I've ever been homesick.


Although I will (shamefully) admit, that about a week and a half into my Cuba trip, the idea of a cheeseburger didn't sound too bad. :D

i spent a week at the beach and ironicly missed home. well more electricity, than home i guess...

I often find myself missing home during a long underway or being in another port for an extended amount of time.

Vacations are cool, but I don't feel like living in Panama for a month. And boats are fun, but fuck living on one.
