As previously stated, unless she suffered actual damage, she doesn't have a good chance. She can't argue psychological damage like that lying fucking cunt with the finger-in-the-chili tried to, and she didn't injure herself with them. Without proof that the tweezers were actually in the frosty, you have nothing. Additionally, due to my place of employment being Wendy's, I know that there is a snowflake's chance in hell that tweezers fit through the frosty machine. They function the same exact way that Iceee and slushy machines work at other places. It just couldnt process through everything and come out of the pump.
