View Full Version : How long to marijuana legalization?
I just read this:
http://www.saferchoice.org/content/view/24/53/
and started wondering, how long will it take these 'SAFER' people to push for some legislation in Congress?
What are your thoughts?

Dude, you're dreaming. We won’t see legalization, or even decriminalization, in the foreseeable future. The political climate at the federal level is just not ripe for it. At the state level, mainly in the west, maybe. But let us not forget what the SCOUTS said in Gonzales v. Raich.
The best one can hope for—in the US, at present—is selective enforcement on the part of localities. However, If you are being smart with your smoking you have nothing to worry about. Most people I know who have been busted have done so by being careless.

Or buying from undercover 5-0
Heres a hint for you guys: Drug dealers don't carry nice guns, or have short, clean-cut hairstyles.
