I have applied to become an Australian commercial pilot and on their website they have a practice psychometric assessment page where you can try out the type of questions they will give you. the website is below:

On page 2, statement number one regarding the first passage appears (to me) to be undeniably true, yet the leaflet says the said statement cannot be determined as true or untrue. What do you guys think? Is there something I am missing here regarding the terms 'economic' and 'economical'? The thing obviously compares long term costs between the two power stations as a big economical difference, therefore making the first statement true and not the answer of "you cannot tell without more information," which the website says it is.
