That's really productive. Instead of answering his question in your own words you call him an idiot and tell him to use a search engine.
Let's see how the rest of this discussion goes.

Did not see anything on that site that gives a rough starting date for God.

I think it needs more than a cursory glance.
But since Judaism is one of the Abrahamic religions, presumably it would date back to Abraham, who may or may not even be a historical personage. He gets credit for more or less inventing monotheism, even tyhough there are some other strong contenders, like the Egyptian pharoah whose name I can't spell who tried to replace the whole Egyptian pantheon with the sun god.
One might even argue that some of the Native American religions were monotheistic, even though the Zuni and Hopi, among others, had their own pantheons of spirits. My tribe, the Muskogee Nation (formerly known as the Eastern Creeks) have one main god known as the Master of Breath.
BTW, I said nothing about OP. I merely suggested he use google--this suggestion has been made bazillions of times in the past, both in this forum and in others. (I got somethink like 2,800,000 suggestions when I googled "appearence of God." This is not rocket science.) You are delusional if you think otherwise, inferring something that was neither expressed nor implied.

Exactly. And many of those 2,800,000 suggesitons differ.
I'm asking &T. Not google.
