I wear dark brown or khaki cargo shorts usually, with a gray company t-shirt or polo which surprisingly fits quite well, with a pair of well worn in New Balance running shoes, with black laces. I also usually wear a camo Under Armour baseball cap or a hemp-like baseball cap. Usually a black digital watch from wal-mart as well which is moderately sleek.

Needless to say it's a fairly chill workplace, minus the company shirt which as I already mentioned doesn't really bother me anyways..

How about everyone else?

When i'm at my research job, generally loafers, dress shirt and pants. Although sometimes I go in jeans but only when i'm not interacting with anyone, just in my office doing stuff.

At my law firm job, blazer, shirt, pants, dress shoes and tie

At the moment, I'm only doing casual waitressing (which is shit, but it pays the bills while I do school stuff) and I wear a pair of dark grey pants with pink and grey pin stripe (really nice ones, not tacky), and a nice cut black tshirt type top with a low neck and three quarter sleeves. It's practical and it looks nice. My shoes are pretty bad, they're Gallas black skate shoes, with holes where my big toe tends to poke up, but they're comfy and no one ever notices that they have holes in them.

very dignified... btw what kind of research do you do? does it have anything to do with the law or are they totally separate jobs that you happen to have?

totally seperate, the research i do has implications on law but it's all economics, i'm currently working a project about optimal penalties for minor crimes (i.e. speeding, petty theft,)

Corsets, fishnets, shorts, pants, crazy belts, and boots.

I bartend, getting ready for work is always fun dress-up-like-a-hooker time. Especially since I'm always super casual and never wear make up.

Mostly any casual clothes I wear on the street. I work in a warehouse so it's not all that important to appear in anything more acceptable than unripped jeans and a clean t-shirt.

The dress code at my job is business casual...so slacks or a skirt and a nice shirt, basically. No t-shirts or hats.

At the supermarket, I have to wear my work shirt, black pants and black shoes. Used to wear black Dr Martins, but that was only because they were the only 1/2 way suitable shoes I had. (Black high heeled boots would have gotten me into almost as much trouble as the girl who thought black fishnets were suitable) Since switched to black Sketches - Docs are comfy, but a bit heavy.
In the lab, I can wear anything I want under my lab coat, but I must have sturdy shoes. I tend to wear jeans - I do a lot of cleaning and jeans hide dirt well. The Docs have proven themselves useful here - if anything comes under the label of sturdy shoes, these do. And you don't have to worry so much if you step on broken glass or spill shit on them than if you were wearing sneakers.

I work at a smoothie place. I usually wear moccasins, black knee length leggings, a long white tank top, and my work t-shirt.

to work in the foodstore we have to wear khakis and the company shirt. And then they get really uptight about us wearing the proper footwear, or proper badges. They're strict assholes, but hey I get paid.

I've had a cushy pseudo-job at my dad's bank since college which I get to wear anything to, and I rarely even have to visit the small paper I review tv for. When I do show up, I usually just wear shorts, a t-shirt and nike sandals.

Tan combat boots, ACU pants w/ green socks, tan Underarmor T-shirt/ACS, ACU Jacket, Patrol cap, Ballistic Oakly Sunglasses during the day and clear Revision glasses at night. Depending on the day, IOTV(vest) and ACH(helmet) with Nomex flight gloves. It's too hot to wear all this shit, but the underarmor and acs shirts do help big time.

I work at an upscale yogurt shop so it's moccasins, various colored dress pants, and a wife beater under the company shirt.

I wear a polo type shirt with my company logo on it, some old shitty sneakers and plaid or cargo shorts. As you can tell my job doesn't have much of a formal dress code.

I have to wear GAP clothes. I try and stay away from the jeans, though. Very boring, Gap jeans... But I wear jeans, a t-shirt and cardigan, or jeans and a shirt.

Track pants, black and purple Vans sneakers, an old t-shirt and a bandanna. I work in a corn field, though, so that really doesn't even count.

I'm on the Street Team(marketing) for the Tampa Bay Rays major league baseball team. We go to different events around our area and promote the team. For example last Saturday I was on the Rays boat all day at the Red Bull Flutag, so I wore a bathing suit and a Rays tee. If I won't be getting wet I just wear shorts and a tee. My job rules.
