View Full Version : Soooo..... I wanna be an embalmer

I don't give a fuck what you think this is totse and I don't know where else I should go.

So I found a directory of embalming and mortuary schools:
http://www.mortuaryschools.com/mortuary-school-directory-international.html

I dont know what to say when they ask why I want to be an embalmer.

I've heard that morgues get more young ones but have cameras a lot (dont know if its true).

And finally I can't get a reference from my old teachers for various reasons.

Discuss.

Unless you're having sex with the embalmed bodies, then no it isn't.

I dunno. I vote for it to stay. After all, if we don't welcome diversity in S&A - then is this really &totse?

Anyways...

I dont know what to say when they ask why I want to be an embalmer.

Just my guess, but I'd probably try to mutter something about how you'd heard that the industry was undercompetitive due to a deficit of new hires and so thought it might be an advantageous career move. Maybe chuck in a little bit about your love for the arts (makeup, reconstruction, etc) and perhaps wax poetic (though not overstated) about dead family members and how you feel a need to do the families right in their time of loss...

OTOH...

And finally I can't get a reference from my old teachers for various reasons.

...depending on what you're implying... this might just be a bit of a problem.

'n3wayz... congrats, 'n follow your dreams. 'n welcome to &t. Thanks for completing the circle. ;) I was seriously getting depressed at the deficit of necros in S&A. 4rlz.

It's really not nice of them. Something you'll have to watch out for. :p

...and are you Mr. Hunter?

Right. In the meantime, the poor boy is asking for advice on sex, in the classic fashion that the necroerotic have traditionally taken before him. He is not asking for advice on programming, chemistry, embezzlement, or explosives, he's asking for advice on getting laid.

For the necroerotic, landing that mortuary job has everything to do with sex and relations. 'n there's nothing on the forum description specifying that a poster must be of a given sexual orientation, thank God, nor should there be.

"To each his own taste. Mine is for corpses."

I still think having sex with dead people is a bad idea, unless he uses protection.

Y'know, one sort of must factor in society's complicity. I mean, sure... I tend to hold the "inanimate objects don't have the rights of living beings" view... but if it were decided otherwise in debate... right now, if I publish under my real name that I hereby formally bequeath my corpse to necroerotic utilization for any who would wish it...

...the state police would be watching my corpse like a hawk, while the grave down the street is free to dig up without surveillance. In the debate of "inanimate object" versus "property of the former owner," one really must consider the complicity of the government in pushing it towards the former.

Holy crap, thank you. I've been trying to find that again for years... last I read it firsthand, it was on some named subdir on some unrelated host....

:D Thanks for updating my links! BTW... do you know what happened to RNF's forums?

I can't say that I feel like the act of necrophilia in itself is immoral (if seriously mentally unbalanced, despite my taste for women with pulses) but I would definitely be a pissed off spirit/ghost/thing if I looked down and saw my dead corpse getting ass-slammed by the resident body preparer. Then again, its just a fuckin body. Then again, that shit is unnatural. Other people might not feel the same way. I'd be pissed if it were my family member. In fact, thats one of those few moments where "justifiable homicide" would probably hold up in my mind, if only for a moment.

Again, I'm rather square.

Just out of curiosity - would your family member's explicit donation for such purpouses change your mind, or would it have no effect?

'n just since we're in the middle of a survey... would the living partner being their prior lover in the duration of their life change your feelings, or no? I'm mostly interested in the first one for this conversation thread, but might as well make a psych survey of it. ;)

Again, I'm rather square.

heh.

I, otoh, keep astounding myself with my paradox... I'm probably the most sociopolitically freaky individual I'll ever have the blessing to meet, yet am thus far probably the most 'vanilla' individual I've met in my personal life.

It's wierd.

The case with the duck is a bit silly and easily misconstrued. A duck wants to fuck and with the species type of social relations, homosexuality is normal. Its a distinctly human characteristic, however, to say "I prefer to fuck dead things" rather than the animal drive of "I want to fuck. Oh, he's dead....oh well."

In reference to nature I refer to natural order.

If my family member wanted that to happen? Its their body, they choose what they want to do with it. No, I dont think I would mind in that case.

If my family member said to their mate "fuck me when I'm dead" and they obliged? No, I wouldnt mind it. I would be disturbed by it but not morally obligated to change or denounce the situation since its (I assume) loving, consensual, and respectful.

OK so for the time being I'm pretty sure I got a job with McD which will get me some cash while I get my vaccinations (I don't think I can get them all at once)

They are: hepatitis A and B, tetanus, polio, typhoid and tuberculosis

I know I've had a few shots when I went to Beijing and Cuba waaayyy back so I also need to find out what they were and if they havn't expired or anything.

Also, it just occurred to me that there MUST be a dodgy mortician out there willing to get me into the business in exchange for a "what happens on the slab stays on the slab" kind of agreement, but I don't think craiglist will help me there.

How many co-conspirators do you have? (and how bent are you on launching a necroerotic liberation campaign, for that matter? we're very into revolution)...

...methods have actually been devised for organizing a mass of resistance in a repressive regieme, which would fit the paramaters of your needs fairly well... but, they usually find a handful of preexisting co-conspirators helpful...

...unless you're just trying to recruit from a website which b&s sex-lib, in which case you can multinick your way to mass recruitment. ;) ...probably not what you're looking for, though... so... got a small club you wanna make a multinational network?

There are no conspirators, and the last thing I want is to see my face on the news, but it would be pretty fun to paint "dead girls dont say no" on the roof of a bus (takes them ages to work out which bus it is). Still, if your up for it, Vive Necrophilia!!
