This is simply a request.

I want to know what the potential outcomes of being caught with marijuana and MDMA (Ecstasy...or general amphetamines as with pills you can never know without a test kit and even than it's a bit how you going) are.

Things like what quantity of each would have a person seen as a dealer, and just the general penalties of having this items on someone.

I can appreaciate that there is no real one answer but any guiding information I would really like to have.

Possession of a "small quantity" of any drug will result in a maximum prison sentence of two years, and/or a fine of up to $2,200


15 years and/or $220,000 fine for possession or supply of "indictable quantities", or the supply of smaller amounts.

10 years and/or $220,000 fine for possession or supply of indictable quantities of cannabis, or supply of smaller amounts.

20 years and/or $385,000 fine for possession or supply of "commercial quantities"

15 years and/or $385,000 for commercial quantities of cannabis

Life and/or $550,000 fine for "large commercial quantities"

20 years and/or $550,000 fine for large commercial quantities of cannabis.
