A fairly simple story, one that begins with a strange man was found by a strange girl (A druggie, too illegal to be a cop and too smart to be a snitch) who took this man out on their first meeting, to a park on a hill, where this man was told to watch....

He saw a football stadium with a match playing....

Then the choppers came, black, and militaristic (too far to see distinctly, but as large or larger than blackhawks) first slightly smaller ones, appeared from the east and took up a holding pattern at about 1500 ft around the stadium in a clockwise rotation, about 10 minutes later from the south and east larger choppers came, circling the stadium as did the others, but at about 2500 ft and in a counter clockwise rotation....

The next thing I rememeber is an eerrie shift in the weather (You know that feeling on a really hot day when you know it's going to storm in the afternoon) and dark ionised clouds forming between the choppers, directly over the stadium.... by now it was pretty much twilight with the Mercury and Sirius been visible.... the incident lasted for about 10 or so minutes, at which point the choppers quickly dispersed in reverse order... at which point the clouds appeared to become extremely active with lightening, then within 30 seconds, the clouds just dissolved, at which point my eyes were drawn to the sky itself, as about 30 small stars quickly appeared almost directly over the stadium (impossible to determine from the actual witness angle) then sped almost towards each other quickly, before fading from sight.

I really don't know what to make of this at all.....
