What are the chances of you going to DH, probation, or getting pissed tested every now and then.
Now the courts and family don't know you smoke budric.
So getting tested would be a bad thing.

It would help if you spelled Misdemeanor correctly.

You're going to get probation, likely community service and fines, and you MAY go to Juvy for a short bit depending on how bad it was. Piss testing is a definate. Give that shit up NOW. If you are caught positive, guess what you win? A free trip back to court.
