Title says a lot but, I currently live in Ohio, Parma.
Not the best place of the world

I'm looking to find a place thats either really hot or really cold most of the time. Some where cheap, very cheap about 0-500 a month for rent or 100,000-400,000 to buy a house.
Or rent to own.
Needs to have loose laws on Marijuana consumption owning and growing.
Any Ideas?

If you're serious about this, Nelson, British Columbia sounds perfect for you. Or somewhere else in the Kootenays.

move to spain. it isn´t "really hot or really cold most of the time", but it´s a good choice. then again, that´s the way I see it. could be quite far from your perspective. And you didn´t tell us much about the motives to change a state or a country. that is an important factor.
and what comes to smoking in the mentioned country... no lo te preocupes cuando hablando de españa...

buy 100,000 acres in alaska. you'd never have a problem. you could probally still in wyoming or montana as well...

Well I want to move out just because Parma sucks dick, I mean like 100-500 for rent.
And I love to smoke budric, the looser the laws the easier it is to get and the more I can smoke.
