So I just ordered some chlorate and perchlorate and I have somewhat of an excess of copper sulfate.

I was planning on taking my prodigious supply of old lithium batteries and doing this.

LiOH+CuSO4--->Cu(OH)2+LiSO4

Cu(OH)2 --heat---> CuO

and how the fuck do I dry my CuCl without using my oven?

35g /100ml at 25c or 77f

and at about 130C is were it starts drying i would hit probally about 145c and use a toaster oven in a safe well ventilated area
