Zimbabwe should be turned into an agricultural fiefdom. Let the white farmers take back the land that's theirs and make the uppity-Negroes who ruined the country their serfs, at least that way the economy would be moving forward and those Negroes wouldn't be starving to death.

Invade, remove the government and allow any of the previous farmers/ruling types to return.

The new farmers must have complete control over their own security, and must be allowed to use whatever tools they wish to achieve this. They still won't be looked on favourably, even if they do manage to create a food supply for the country and the last thing anyone should be doing is repeating the fuckups made by the current regime.
