Looks like only one highschool team runs it. I'd just zone blitz that and call it a day.

Of course, if you wanted to force a defensive timeout, it's an effective formation.
However, unless you were to have insanely quick OTs, shooting both the D-ends would result in Quarterback death, I think.
To its credit, though, you could run some pretty cool swinging gate shit, like a smash pass left and then the receiver runs back across the field to the right behind protection from the line, which would crash in, and the other 4 backs, pretty much creating a modified Box Formation.
Also, you could run an entire system of plays in which the o-line crashes in, then the backs run end-around routes, at one point meeting in a vertical line presumably right in front of the QB, causing a great deal of confusion as to who has the ball at that moment. In that play, you could even hand it to the second quarterback, who could hide it and have the rest of the team act like there was a pitch in the opposite direction, then release a receiver downfield to catch the bomb.
Of course, this could only be effective at high school, because in the pros, guys like Mario Williams, Kampman, etc. would absolutely destroy quarterbacks. Imagine if LT was still around and some team tried to implement this. His sack on Joe Theisman would look like a scrape on the knee in comparison.
A fun little wrinkle for a spread offense, but WAY too dangerous for anything higher than High School.
My schools team didn't have two good QB's this year. That could be a problem.
