What do they dissolve in?
Are there enough to attempt a melting point test?
Could you scrounge together enough to run a ghetto TLC plate? (read: yes, search JPs threads)

I would say, first recrystallise, see what they look like, dunno if its the same as DMT, but an ice cold ammonia wash does wonders if they're still looking a little grimy. Then try to work out what they might be. I imagine a bit of test reagents may help you here, I seem to recall there was a response for mescaline.

Oh, and as a final tip that might be handy, read a certain thread on WD by Tramp, MEK should be easy enough to find. I think, I can't quite remember who did it, but it was a damn good thread, and gave excellent results.
