The another night I went through one of my usual sleep paraylsis but this time I had an obe(outer body exp). I dove out of my body and just went straight and went back in my body after like 2 secs. I didn't control anything. Also wat causes sleep paraylsis.
that's fucking cool. well, i used to get sleep paralysis at my old house. we've lived at this new place for about 8 months now, and in the past 5-6 months i have not had any sleep paralysis. thank goodness.
i used to get demonic visits in mine. sometimes, it was a fucking little ugly piece of shit demon, other times, it was this dark fucking stupid ugly black haired school death girl, one in which resembles the ring girl, or some bullshit.
you know, some scary fucking shit. always had mine in the morning, though. had one once at night before i was sleeping, and strangely that was my first experience with sleep paralysis.
but as to what causes them- they say sleeping upright is a major cause, and i think that's what enabled mine. i used to be an upright sleeper for a while, but not anymore. i believe that is what caused mine, and now i just sleep whichever position i please. i, however, seldom to never sleep upright, for that matter.
sometimes, a very lucid dream can cause them, or maybe some stress/anxiety that's been in your life, you know. i still to this day get incredibly lucid, vivid dreams, but no more of this paralysis.
fuck sleeping upright. and yeah dude, good luck, it really isn't a good feeling. well, at least mine weren't.

I was sleeping on my stomach when the paralysis kicks in. But this time my whole body feels like its goin into three one up, one down, and one in the middle. So I try to go up like yeah I wanna go to heaven. But then I was like oh shit I don't wanna die yet so I tried my hardest to stay in the middle. I woke up about 20 secs after this.

I've had sleep paralysis plenty of times so I kind of understand what you're saying. You're simply severely hallucinating. I've had an out of body experience once with sleep paralysis, and yes it was very short and weird.

theres a chemical thats released in your brain when you go to sleep that 'paralyzez' ur body... that way if your dreaming that ur running a race your body wont be running around while sleeping. I gues certain positions affect how the chemical is released or something, and you wake up and become conscious but this chemical is still affecting your body...so u cant move
ive had a lot of these in my life, and I can pretty much induce them by sleeping on my back... when i start to fall asleep i can even feel them cuming along...i get this uncomfortable feeling like my neck is bouta break tho it sux... but i never get the kind where i see a demon choking me or anythin... i do feel scared tho when it happens and on sum occasions, when I try to move, i get this loud rumbling vibration like throughout my body or soul or somethin...and it freaks me out. one time it was so intense that I was 100 percent sure I was gonna die in my sleep. I was scared out my ass
