Ok, I am into pyro and have been doing it for about two or so years now. I'm certainly not as good as some of the vets here, But I know enough where I can easily make people go Wtf? And this is the problem, trying to explain something as simple as FP to most is rather pointless. Only one of my friends was into pyro, but he doesn't live here anymore. So, my question is how would I go about finding other people to talk to consult and discuss Pyro with. Are there Clubs perhaps, anybody in the area? I live in SLC Utah so...

This club has IIRC 2 big events a year, can't remember how long they last, but they are close to you. That is if you are interested in meeting more people who are interested in making aerial shells, rockets, etc. Pretty sure you need to be 18 to be a member.
