What do first time offenders get for 'driving after nine' per se?

What are the chances they will take the license away?

Everything I can find is very vauge about the time limit restriction. I did find this however:

Your junior permit or license will be suspended for 60 days if you are convicted of any traffic violation of three points or more, or two violations of two points or fewer. After you receive your license back after suspension, your permit or license will be revoked for 60 days for any violation of three points or more, or two violations of two points or fewer within the first six months after you receive your license privileges back following suspension or revocation. These 60-day license sanctions will not count towards the minimum 6-month waiting period required before receiving a full-use junior license.

So by the looks of it, a first offense is just a warning.

Though in Massachusetts a first offense time violation is a 60 day suspension and a 100$ fine.

Should I plead not guilty regardless?

I accidentally parked in a park after curfew with my girlfriend when I was underage. I broke both the curfew of the park, and both provisional rules (no driving other people under 25 while underage, and no driving after 11pm). The police just made sure she wasn't being raped and said "get lost." I immediately did...

tl;dr the police don't really care. I highly doubt you will get your license taken away, I'm pretty sure it's like a 30$ fine which they don't even enforce.

This is California btw.

Not everywhere, I've never even heard of that stuff.
Guess that's something good about living in the south...

A buddy of mine got a ticket for driving around at 3:30AM. It was $150.
