hey guys I love totse with all my heart and i have a question for you guys
3 weeks ago i got attacked by some guy with pepper spray, he sprayed my face and attacked me with the metal case, i got a broken finger and bunch of bruise and 1600 medical bill, i was wondering if i can sue him, i talked to bunch of lawyers and most of them said it be a waste of time, if he doesn't have the money he won't have to pay, but one lawyer said i should pursue this, and get a small claims case and sue him for 7500$, do you guys think this is smart or just a waste of time on my part, i thank you for any advice you would give me.... much love to the totse people!

You got owned with that medical bill, get a Visa to the UK, easy enough, any aids infected nigger from some shithole region of africa can get one, get your injuries sorted for FREE, then fuck off back to where you come from - shame the rest of the immigrants don't do that.

First, if this guy attacked you out of malice, without your having provoked him or attacked him first, that's a clean cut case of assault and you should press charges. As to whether you should sue, if you think you could recover damages from him, and again, if this is a clean cut case where he was clearly in the wrong, then I'd go for it just on principle. However, from the sounds of it, it seems most of the attorneys you have consulted said that it would be impractical, they doubtless know more about the legal climate in your area, and you've also told them more about the case than you have told us. I would stick to the advice of the legal professionals you've spoken to.

The legal professionals may be concerned with the recovery of their costs, due to the fact that the assailant is clearly a deadbeat bum and it's hard to collect debts from deadbeats. I'd pursue this in small claims at least, and file a police report. Also don't pay your hospital bill until you find out what the situation is.

Burn down his house while he's asleep for revenge.
