I wonder if it's possible to make meth using the Red Phosphorous/Iodine recipe within four hours? The reason I ask is a friend of mine recently got into some trouble. The cops arrested him. I asked him what the trouble was and he said that several hours before he had been smoking meth. I asked him where he'd gotten the stuff and he said friends of his had come over some hours before and spent about four hours cooking the meth in his apartment. I've been doing research, and based upon what I've read, from what I understand it is impossible for meth to be made using the above method within four hours. My understanding is that it has to be boiled for one day. Morever, he told me that they used a regular kitchen pot with aluminum foil on it, which they boiled for three hours.

I was wondering, was my friend pulling my leg? Is it really possible for that evil stuff to be made in several hours? How pure meth would it be?

Or were they perhaps cooking the other ingredients for meth, to be later used for future batches, and they give him the little stuff they brought with him?

Anyone know?
