What's the minimum wage (for a 20 year old) doing heavy labouring in Australia? If you're employed by an employment agency which pimps your sorry arse out to businesses, how much can you be expect to be fucked over? How big of a piece of arse is it legal for the employment agency to take for itself? etc, etc.

I'm not impressed with my current pay rate, and if (as I suspect) I am not getting as much as I am entitled to under legislation, I'm going to be putting steel tipped boots into pen pushing arses.

Award, part time, casual, or full time. I want to know.

Federal minimum wage is $14.31 per hour. I don't know any more than that.

If you don't get paid minimum wage you should report that to Department of Education, Employment and Workspace Relations.

This is a good site too for further information about the subject and your concrete situation. You might want to consider joining a Union.

They need someone to move the antenna around so they get a decent signal.

I keep forgetting that the CIA uses primative technology.

I doubt your employment agency is trying to rip you off, the last thing they'd want is for you to not have a job.

They get insane amounts of money from the government everytime they hire someone out and then fees from the people who actually hire them to look for you, it would not be in their best interests if you were unhappy and left.
