Temporary placement agencies are co-conspirators in keeping minorities, poor people and immigrants in the lower class. They get shit jobs or no jobs at all based on race and class level. This is effective because employment agencies promise a job usually with no references which are hard to find for immigrants and minorities.One thing most people ignore is that employment agencies are the ones controlling their job opportunities and basically finances by giving and taking away jobs from minorities, immigrants and poor people.

I work for a temp agency and my black friend was commenting to me on how they give me jobs and they don't give him jobs and he hasn't been to work in awhile. I also thought this was true because the numbers on SIN cards and social security numbers (i think) reveal more details about you like race and citizenship status, but this isn't publicly known.
