Any one ever been to one of the hempfest?
How is it? Never been but I plan on going. I read on the website no smoking, but I'm hopping thats bs.

Yes, you can smoke. It's pretty chill. But don't go walking to Myrtle [sp?] park smoking a blunt because police DO CARE until you get in to the park or LEAVE the park. But they won't randomly search you.
