silent weapons for quiet wars. anybody on this forum know what it is? read the whole thing? i just wanna know if it can be verified for truth and not a hoax or anything..so thoughts?

edit: this is supposedly a classified military document found in the late 70's/80's(?) that tells how to control a poplulation by creating mathematical equations about economics and social engineering. ie: comparing lives to dollars. i have A.D.D like a motherfucker but i still found reading it was interesting..so idk wiki it maybe?

Great book, worth every cent.
Some of it may be out there, but there is some very VERY interesting topics discussed.
