What are the legalities involved? There is a beach nearby where you are allowed to drive 4 x 4 out onto the sand. I was wondering if I could do that and have a sign advertising what I would be selling.

To be totally legit, there is probably some kind of vendor's license/permit you have to get. Check into it.
