View Full Version : Deal Gone Bad...

One bright sunny day, a couple of fine fellows told me they were going to buy a half ounce of marijuana from me. Instead, however, one of them pulled a rifle out of his nigger pants and they robbed me at gunpoint, taking the pot along with my wallet and cell phone. Since I had no idea who they were, and they began draining my bank accounts, I decided to call the police. Afraid of getting in trouble myself, I told the cops that I was minding my own business and they robbed me at random, completely neglecting to mention the grass.

My luck has turned, however, as they have caught the guys that did it. And of course, they guys told the cops they were there to buy weed from me. Now, I've gotten really cool with the detective so far, and he says that while he's pissed at me for lying, he's not going to bring charges at me. He also says that the guys are still going to get fucked for armed robbery and fraud. Unfortunately, I may still have to testify in court and state that I was there to sell them a half ounce.

Basically, all I want to know is if I'm going to get in trouble myself. Do you guys think the detective will keep his word and not press charges? What trouble can I get into for admitting to it in court?

Any help is appreciated.

how did you not notice someone with a rifle down his pants? But anyways, what's done is done. You can only hope this detective keeps his word. You probably could be prosecuted for it.

If they haven't charged you by now, I'd be willing to bet they won't. A misdemeanor possession charge is small fish compared to being able to get two violent criminals which, given their method, probably have prior offenses.

Don't sweat it. When you testify, just answer the questions, but don't volunteer anything. If these crooks are using a public defender, it's likely that the issue will be breezed over and it'll get right back to armed robbery.

If they saw off the stock, it will be as good as hidden, because they stick it down a pant leg. Those niggers are quite crafty.

It was a small gun, probably a .22. And if you're wearing clothes that are baggy enough, it would be ridiculously easy to hide a rifle on you.

And I figure since I didn't actually sell any weed, I couldn't get charged for it. Maybe an intent to sell charge? But I have hidden all of my paraphernalia, and I don't have any more pot because I lost all of my connections along with my cell phone. So I'm pretty sure I'm safe at this point.

Plus, the kids have already confessed to the robbery in a statement, so I'm sure they'll try to cut a deal with the DA. If they do that, then I wouldn't have to testify in court and I could pretty much forget about this whole thing.

Thanks for the advice guys.

You should have denied it, it's your word against theirs.

The detective cannot promise to not file charges against you. That's the job of the District Attorney, not the police department.

But pressing charges against him would be a whole other deal, and I don't think you can be convicted based on what you say in court.

The most important thing here though is putting niggers in jail though.

You shouldnt have told them you were there to sell a half ounce. It's your word against a bunch of niggers who robbed you.

Wouldnt they also get charged for illegally modifying a firearm?

Emphasis mine. You better believe you what you say in court can be used to charge and gain a conviction against you. Unless you have an immunity deal, in writing (fuck a verbal agreement/handshake deal), admitting to any crime in court can fuck you.

Nice catch.

I'm going to butt my head into a wall now instead of reiterating your post.

If you have been talking to the DA see if you can make an agreement. Testify against the armed robbers in exchange for not getting charged with your waste of time misdemeanor.
