Hey, I hope this is the right forum. Anyway, I'm kinda high at the moment, but I have this curious fascination with astral projection/ out of body experiences.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about? If so, can you/have you done it before? I think I may have but I've never been able to control them. I figure since I'm high right now I could give it a shot and maybe it's easier. I'm trying to find hypnosis guides to help me along.

yeah, it's hard to describe how to get into the mood to do it. If I'm in a very powerful mood it comes really easily, or if I have a lot of energy saved up and I've been practicing constant self-observation then when I start to dream I'll wake up in the astral plane (or some other weird sort of plane)

I find that to truly travel well on the astral yr emotions have to be super light, you have to be light as a feather. nothing heavy to bring you down.
