Umm how do i get my ticket/boarding pass once i've bought it online? is there a desk i go to with my passport and just pick up the boarding pass? I really can't remember if there was something i print out and take with me or not.

On another note... do they search checked luggage and would i get in shit for having prescription meds in my checked luggage if said checked luggage belonged to me?:confused:

Thanks all :D

They e-mail you a copy of your ticket. You print the ticket, or just copy down the confirmation number. You bring that with you when you go to the airport. You'll need ID to prove that your name matches that on the ticket, then you're good to go.

They x-ray checked luggage, but don't generally search it. If you don't have anything else objectionable in your bag, it shouldn't be searched; I'm assuming you aren't bringing large bags of pills, that would probably get you a search.

Yes, when you're leaving on your flight.

Also, if they're legal, you should carry a copy of your prescription.

Most airlines have machines in the airport that you just punch your code in to get your boarding pass, and labels and shit for your check in luggage - which you then throw in the express luggage drop.

Yeh, always take the prescription. I think it's legal to take enough meds for the whole time you'll be there, aslong as your doctor say's it's alright. I think you'll need a note from your doctor though. Just ring the company and ask what their policy is regarding prescription medications, and also ask the embassy of the respective country. Some countries wont allow certain medications, so always check.
