havent really seen much about them on this bit of TOTSE so thought id give it a go, im thinking about joining as a general duties marine and am currently at university aswell so officers also an option *probably the best one* but i am drawn to the more rough nature of the commando.

currently doing 3 days at the gym doing running and other cardio stuff aswell as weights and spend 2 swimming as its a good all round fitness builder.

My question is does anyone have any first hand experience with the RMC or did anyone used to be a commando who could give me some tips?

Eh i got to train with those Marines. They are good to go. Just remember you need man strength not bulk. You want to do lower weight but higher reps. So not only do you build strength but muscle endurance. What good is lifting 350 pounds if you can only bench it once. Eat well, push yourself, and never surrender to yourself and you will do fine.
