Don't worry, I've done research on how much math teachers get paid and all that, I've just been unable to find out how much Mathematics Professors at MIT get paid. Or any specific college for that matter.

College professors are researchers mainly. So you wouldn't become a Math Professor, you'd become a Mathematician. Is this what you really want to do? I'm asking because if you like math and think you may enjoy teaching it, you could at best become a part time lecturer somewhere, experience in high school helps from what I've heard. Actual mathematicians make, say when they're 60, about 80 to 100 grand.

A Mathematician is what I would love to be. And 80 - 100k works for me.
