um.... clear tubing I guess.... like, from any aquarium store....whatever diameter you want that you can find a syringe to couple to.

couple it to, i dunno.... get a normal syringe (without needle, christ...) and cut a circular hole in the bottom of a small bucket or similar container. Put the syringe through the hole, and seal it up on both sides with silicon glue. Attach the tubing to the syringe nozzle. you may want to use more silicon glue to make sure it doesnt get dislodged.

have a tube clamp (any chemical supplier) to stop the flow i guess.
