Moved to DIY.
PS - Every single question you post in RI seems to involve the bench press. I highly recommend that unless you are confined to a wheelchair, you train your lower body as well. The bench press should only be a very small part of an overall training program.

hey, thanks for the move. I dont just use my bench press but have a electric treadmill which is easy. It's just im a total beginner to weight lifting so i may need a little help.

you could make a circular mold by wrapping a piece of steel around a barrel or keg. place the mold on a bit of sand, put in some steel rods mid way for support and pour in concrete.

No disrespect, but... that's remarkably obvious.
For instance...
I dont just use my bench press but have a electric treadmill which is easy.
^^ that treadmill is remarkably unlikely to add muscle mass to your legs. They (can) have uses, but weightlifting is not one of them, normally.
Just so ya know.

i use bench press for weight lifting...i also have leg curls but i barely use them
and i have a treadmill which i sprint on on uphill mode which trains my lower body...is there an easier way?
Use bags of sand. It's easier and the weight is adjustable.

This is valid. A lot of combat athletes seem to be employing this style of training. Along with tyres, sledgehammers and so forth.
You can get world class fitness without paying a fortune, hell you can do it without barbells and dumbbells. If you want to become a powerlifter or something invest in a good set of weights obviously, but if you're just adding to a basic home gym you can buy weights fairly cheaply, just look around classifieds and stuff. Hell, even check skips!
Second hand weights still weigh the same.
I got 180kg (400lbs) of weight plates for free. Ross Enamait also picked up some DBs for nothing:

So keep looking, I'm sure you'll find something cheap.

Wire loops through the handles of the jugs that fit over the ends of your bar . . . probably room for 3 or 4 on each end, depending on what kind of bar you have and whether you're using gallon or half-gallon jugs.
