i'm not sure who the character is, but the first one that you mentioned looks like scenes from vampire hunter d: bloodlust. i havn't seen that one in a rly long time.

lethargic: this series of AMVs was created at Anime-camp by a whole bunch of people here in Romania, sadly i didn't get to go but still... i see they had fun and made something decent.

A lot of the speech and music in the rest of the vids is in romanian but they're still worth watching. Part 5 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=21p7FxLYmdk) has some more funny english bits.
